Discovering many suggest using seperate amps for the standard and octave strings. Does the use of a bi-amp head work well in seperating these frquencies? Setting the cross-over to isolate the two sets of frequencies? I plan to dry this at next rehearsal, and would keep my current rig pretty much the same without additional complications. My cabs also have the adjustable tweeters which may help? Then for shows I imagine mic'ing both cabs? Love to hear thoughts. Hate to make my rig too complex. Currently have David Eden WT600(?) and 4x10, 2x10 XLT cabs. Thanks ahead of time.
