Eric Weston Posted September 14, 2005 Posted September 14, 2005 My baby girl turns one on Thursday- she started walking tonight! I was uploading a couple of gig pics to photobucket (damn dial-up) so I got down to play with her and she toddled right into my arms. WOOO HOOOOO!!! The wife and I got five or six steps out of her before she had enough of us messing with her. It's SO cool that I didn't miss it cuz I was at work or a gig or something stupid like that....man, next week she's going to be chasing the cat, the week after that she'll be chasin' boys, then I gotta pay for a wedding.... life just moves right along, don't it? I'm just bustin'
bobbymack Posted September 14, 2005 Posted September 14, 2005 Glad for you to be enjoying that, catch it while you can
tomteriffic Posted September 14, 2005 Posted September 14, 2005 I was fortunate to be around when my son took his first steps and uttered his first two intelligible words ('Daddy' and 'bug', not sure of the connection). It's a great good fortune, Eric. I still cherish those memories.
hikarateboy Posted September 14, 2005 Posted September 14, 2005 Dude that is sooooo great. Glad for you that you were there to see it.
lonote049 Posted September 14, 2005 Posted September 14, 2005 That's great! They're such fun at that age, they're constantly learning.
Craig S Posted September 14, 2005 Posted September 14, 2005 We just got the first bike ride without training wheels. I've been fortunate to be around for all the the big moments.
