GFS Pickups aren't bad! I had an Fatboy Alnico in that Nash Equire and it rocked. I actually liked it a bit better than the Lollar that it came with. The GFS was like a P90. So, just cause they're budget pickups, they can sound really nice!

i also have had good luck w/ GFS,

i've used the dream 90 (phatcat), fat pat (paf), & whatever they call their dimebucker, all w/ good results,

i currently have the lil puncher (hot rails) in my kramer strat.

Which models are they?

Not 100%, but from the tone I'm guessing their Professional Alnico IIs. Murkat can chime in on this as he had the chance to play it and then removed them from the geet for me.
