Steve Stevens case for 78 Sunburst ??

Hey guys,

will a 78 Sunburst fit into an old SS case ? There's a battered one on eBay Germany, which I quite like, but i don't know if a 78 fits inside snug.

By the way, my 78 is now fully restored and perfectly sounding and playable. I'll be posting some high res pics in the appreciation thread very soon.

A beautiful guitar and the best one I have ever owned. The Amber pick ups are soooo sweet !

If it's an SS case then you might get some black eye liner stains on the Sunburst if you are unlucky. But it's easy to swipe of with a soft cloth.

Case got here today and I love it ! Looks totally rocked out = period correct . All latches working and it is a perfect fit for the Sunburst.

Waiting to meet up with a buddy of mine on a sunny day in the very near future. He's a pro photographer. Uploading pics and info in the appreciation thread then asap.
