I can find just aboutevery part of a speaker but what I can't find is a replacement for the little speaker hook up? When pulling the back off a cabinet a while back I didn't know I had no slack so when I pulled the back off the hook up on the back of the speaker split in two. Anyone?

Is the "tinsel" as it's called, leading from the terminals (the bit that is broken) to the voice coil intact? That's a consideration. In any event, if you know of a reconing service in your area, that's who I'd check with first.

Hey live and learn, the speaker has been sitting for about 2 years and I don't need it. Hey its part of the fun!

Bubs, can you upload a pic?

Yes, after work I can.

Voice coil is all good, I didn't "rip it out. The plastic tab broke in two but didn't come off of the Rivet. I unsoldered the coil "Tinsel" and removed the tab to insure not damaging anything further.
