RacerX Posted January 11, 2006 Posted January 11, 2006 Howdy gang, Here is a fun winter project if: A) You are looking to make your own Celestial Cali Jim O'Connor lives next door and owes you a favor C) You just think having a beater Cali around sounds neat Here's what you get: Bare mahogany USA Cali body factory finished in lustrous black, with plenty of player dings but no cracks or breaks, original Floyd inserts still in there. Bare USA Cali neck, rosewood fingerboard, dots, stadium logo. Nice and straight, no problems, trussrod works fine, frets show some wear but have tons of life left. Chrome neck plate Unknown humbucker, was it the guitar when I got it. no markings Sounds just ok. EMG Select neck pickup, never installed it but tests ok EMG look-a-like bridge humbucker, never installed but tests ok Choice of chrome OR black Hamer branded schaller mini tuners THAT'S IT! No case, no bridge, no control plates, no neck screws, no strap buttons, if you don't see it in the pix, it's not included. This was a good playing guitar that weighed 7lb15oz was balanced and stayed in tune. I had to part it out to finish off another Cali project. If you have a Floyd set up lying around and some hardware you could have a nice little player here. First 300.00 gets it, ups ground in Cont.US included. US only please I want this to go to an HFC'r that needs (wants) it, if you want to just sell it off on Feebay please keep walking. I could easily do that too, but I got a good deal from an HFC'r who got a good deal from an HFC'r on this thing so let's just keep passing her around! LOL! Enough of my yack'n heres a couple pix..... More like a spring project now Help a Hamer junkie out, I've bought Way too many in the last few weeks and somethings gotta go so I can continue the madness...or pay the gas bill...
