Auto Wah recommendations?

OK, lads. I have a couple of treadle wah pedals, but I don't play much in the way of music that requires a real-deal Vox 847 or a Morley.  My band is, however, working on a couple of tunes where a tad of wah would be helpful. But...the stages on which we typically find ourselves don't have a lot of space for a six-piece as it is, and a typical treadle wah would sit outboard and would very likely get kicked by me or my bandmate during a show, as my pedalboard already takes up a good deal of real estate. I do have space on my board for a small footprint pedal, so now I am thinking of procuring a compact auto wah.  To give you an idea of what context it would be used, think "Play That Funky Music" and "Let's Go Crazy".   What experiences do you have with auto wahs and what might you recommend?  Thanks in advance.

I have tried most of the classics. Ibanez AF9, Qtron, Mini Qtron, DOD Evelope Filter 440, Mutron copies and others. Years ago I came upon an Electro Harmonix Zipper from the 70's. That is the funkiest and greatest that I've tried. (I've never tried a real Mutron, but apparently the Zipper is developed by the guy behind the Mutron).

Long story short. The best modern envelope I have found, that matches up to my old ZIpper, is a Swedish design. The EBS bass pedal series makes a bass envelope pedal called the Bass IQ. I have only tried the older version of the pedal. It's on my board right now and it is super funky for guitar as well. It has a deeper voice, and it sounds really analog and great, without any unvanted noise. It The Best envelope I've tried that is made right now. It also works very well with distorted tones. Very versatile.
