Guitar hunting in the US.... appeal for a bit of help (Evergreen, Denver, Colorado)

Hi all,

I've been on the look out for a nice Music Man Luke 1 for quite a while - and over the last day or so, spotted one which really flicks my switches.

If the guitar has not sold already, its in Evergreen, Colorado - which looks relatively close to Denver?

• Are there any HFCers out in this neck of the woods, who might be able to act as our man in CO?

I'll happily cover all costs in retrieving the thing and compensate for time and effort. I'd need to buy a case and shipping materials as well.

I've become expert at reverse shipping guitars from the US to the UK however, so that bit is easy peasy!

Ben, it seems we have a similar taste when it comes to guitars. I always liked the Music Man Luke 1 a lot though never played one.

Gentle bump, I’ve made contact and we are having a talk through a few bits - preferred payment would be Zelle or Venmo which I can’t use as I’m out of the US and not an American bank account.

 

I’m looking at a transfer app called Wise which looks promising and shared a load of details to hopefully demonstrate in a legitimate buyer.

 

I do need to do a bit of due diligence myself on the seller, but the admin is the main bit in order for me to be able to facilitate payment - so that’s the bit I’m working on.

 

Are there any Denver residents on the HFC who could/would help broker this?
