Zoner Posted April 4, 2006 Posted April 4, 2006 Man, it's nice to see a PRS without a pimped out top hogging all the attention! Z
SouthernShred Posted April 4, 2006 Author Posted April 4, 2006 I've always thought it was Natural. I'm not the first owner, but it's a beautiful honey/amber, kinda like a nice glass of Fuller's ESB beer Remember, I'll end the auction early for a HFC'er...$1250 shipped in the lower 48. PayPal ok +3% email me @ shannondew@gmail.com
SouthernShred Posted April 4, 2006 Author Posted April 4, 2006 This one plays particularly nice...my buddy, who has owned 40+ PRS, said that while it's not got the flashiest top of any he's had, it plays better than almost everyone he's had in his stable. High compliment from him
Craig S Posted April 6, 2006 Posted April 6, 2006 What's the weight like, which neck? I could be interested
SouthernShred Posted April 6, 2006 Author Posted April 6, 2006 What's the weight like, which neck? I could be interested I'd say the weight is around 7.5 to 8 pounds. I can do the bathroom scale thing when I get home tonight if you want. Neck is similar to a '59 RI LP I'd say. I'm not sure if that's PRS Wide Fat or Wide Thin, but it's very comfy...Not as thick as my '58 RI LP, at least not in the shoulders. Great upper fret access tooOnly PRS I've owned so I'm sorry if my answers are a little non-specific.
