No affiliation.  Supposedly (according to sources online), Fender's biggest tube amp ever.  The MojoTone/Ampwares knowledge base entry says it weighs as much as a Twin Reverb by itself:

For when an SVT just isn't quite enough. I had a '68 SVT for quite a while, it was heavy enough, and impractical enough.  I only wish I'd kept it for how cool and collectible it was. I think the 400PS might be a little too rare.

SIX(6)! 6550 tubes!  Rated 435W.  Drive it to distortion and lights dim.

I remember a story about someone who owned a 400 PS. They stated that they would turn it up to play & the whole room would literally shake. 😯
