Body finished in light blond (by Dustin Bloomer, ex head painter at MJT) over a 2 pc (3 lbs 5 oz) ash body. Musikraft chunky C neck (1.0", 1.0", 9.5" radius) finished with nitro with worn back of neck. Gotoh Tuners and neckplate, electrosocket jack Allparts bridge, Callaham compensated saddles, bone nut, Lollar Special T pickup, Eldred Esquire harness (Alpha pots, CTS caps) with a straight tele bridge tone and two cocked wah variants. plays and sounds great with nice action. newly built so there is no fretwear. body has a std Tele neck pickup route under guard, waterslide is over the finish and can be easily removed. cmatthes Posted April 1, 2024 Posted April 1, 2024 Love it! That is almost identical to my favorite Esquire (that I still own), which was an All-Musikraft build too, just finished by Stike. Sounds like a similar neck carve as well. I built it in memory of my dearly departed 1961 Esquire, which was the finest Tele style guitar I’ve ever played. Somebody is gonna love this one!
