crunchee Posted May 2, 2024 Posted May 2, 2024 No affiliation. IIRC, I think this style/type of metal stick-on letters found it's way on more than a few '50's and '60's guitars, including similar stick-on metal letters on Elvis' Martin D-18. Even has a Guild 'ghost' label in the interior: M-20 '59 – Dave's Guitar Shop (davesguitar.com) Elvis' 1942 Martin D-18 (scottymoore.net) Edited to add: It appears that this type of lettering/personalization was popularized by a company that called them 'autograms' : Scotty Moore - Signa-Craft Metal Monogram Initials
Tortious Posted May 2, 2024 Posted May 2, 2024 I like the description they put on it: "* Please note - this one was once owned by Kenny" 🤩

santellavision Posted May 3, 2024 Posted May 3, 2024 It was popular back in the day to put names on your guitars. Bonamassa owns this oldie.
