I'll second the OCD. It works great with my three VERY different amps (Dr Z, Bogner, Mesa Mark).

I 'll also suggest either an Artist Custom or Ultimate. My Artist Custom has become my favorite guitar, which is quite a feat considering how attached I am to the former # 1. I wonder how an Artist would sound with the thickness of a Newport body. Hmmm. Hamer WILL do it - I've already asked.

Word!! Just want to add that bore oil will darken the board slightly, so keep that in mind when using. One of my baords looks like ebony now and I use the bore oil very sparingly and wipe it off quickly.

Exactly. I love the way the PRS looks, but they just don't do it for me on "feel".

4 years with my Studio Custom and it isn't going anywhere.
