I looked through every serial number finder / generator etc….that’s what I got . But initially I thought 96 as well. I must admit when I picked this guitar up I don’t think I was paying much attention to what the owner was saying. I just wanted it. I’ve had it about 4 years now.

Good day all! I'm going to sell my 2006 Hamer Standard (6 55072). I'd like to get $7000 for it. Plus $100 for shipping. It was signed by Rick Nielsen and the person I got it from (Brian Grilli, singer/songwriter in Va Beach) stated that it was from Rick's personal collection and the signature was the result of it selling at a charity auction. I know some hate that it is signed but the signature will easily buff out. Attached are the pics I have. If interested, I can send more detailed pictures. I need to figure out how to downsize the photos. It is in Excellent condition. Thanks !!

Speaking of interesting….anyone see the “cracked egg” Steve Stevens on Reverb?

The guitar played great and sounded great, although I had a slight learning curve with the boomerangs lol. Correct fret position and all hahaha. It’s scratches on the electronics cover that might have appeared to be plastic.

I live in Fredericksburg, so pretty much this area or hour or so away from most gigs. Friday I’m filling in with a band at Patriot Park in Spotsylvania. An outdoor evening kind of situation.

I traded a Custom shop Charvel, an 86 SG and a Chaparral that may or may not have had a neck repair even up. I didn’t really gig with any of them so….. and, the Firebird will be going out Friday night to a gig !!

Atomic Music swears it wasn’t a refin job. It’s with my guitar tech now. Going to go over it….black light etc

They knocked off $500 and I traded a few things even up. That was a quick google search of the serial number….not accurate

Well…either way….it’s going home with me…..

I have it in hand. It plays like a dream. I can’t tell if it’s a refin or not. If it is, it’s a good one. Question though, the serial number is just printed on and a quick lookup says possibly 2014.

If it hasn’t sold in the next 15 minutes or so, I’ll be seeing it in person. I’ll let everyone know…

I saw the SS the last time I was there. Almost got it but there was a terrible bow in the neck. It was the Saturday after Black Friday and really busy, or I would have asked them to make sure the truss-rod was okay and working

I traded quite a bit of gear to Atomic recently. And they were fair. I supposedly call it “downsizing”. They have a white 80s Chaparral I traded and they’re asking $500 more than I paid for it. However, they will deal with you.
