Same thing happened to me, but I got a phone call They changed websites & lost the info on orders over 30 days ago. If you pre ordered a while back, you may have to purchase again. By the way my account was charged today. Maybe the books are in.

I knew with administration changes where I was and a job change for my wife that last year wasn't the time to do a custom, but I wanted to do one this Spring/Summer when things calmed down and after taxes. Unfortunately Hamer was shelved about six months too soon for me... Just call Kim and place it. We are still making other ones. One more will blend in. Just say it was placed two years ago and never got inputted. Bm My order was supposed to be for two. Tell Kim you have to do another one.
