97' Diablo Custom Shop (?) With Delete Fret Markers

Hello fellas!

I finally made it from the Import and into the Hamer USA world! I'm the proud second owner of this sweet 97' Diablo. I was told it was a custom order for a shop in Atlanta that never sold. It still has the original barcode from the store. It's in emaculate condition. The thing that makes it so sleek for me is the lack of fret markers on the ebony fretboard with the rest of the guitar blacked out. I'm a sucker for it for sure! Does anyone else have a Diablo or Hamer like it with the delete fret markers, or does anyone else recognize this guitar and have anymore info on it? Either way it's a sick guitar and I'm glad to finally have a USA made Hamer. 

 

p.s. These horrible quality pics don't do the Birdseye Maple neck justice.

It's nothing like that snazzy Diablo creation you have, but it's still pretty snazzy though! I feel the lack of boomers makes it pretty unique to a Diablo, let alone a Hamer in general, but it would've been the sickest to have a Diablo with some boomerangs on it!

No, they didn't. They forgot the reversed head stock, toggle switch and LED boomer inlays.

I'm just beating a tired, HFC joke further. It is an impressive bit of Diablo, to be sure! But as point of clarification, boomers were not common on Diablos, unless someone ordered them. Like this...

Yea, I haven't been around the HFC for nearly as long as some of you OGs have, but I still love them all the same! That is a FINE example of some boomers on a Diablo. I would've preferred it to have some as I think their iconic and rare in Diablos, but this one looks really sick the way it is. I've even been searching to see about how many of them that are out there with boomers, and I could only find examples of that dark blue one and your 27 fret green and black one (which is insane btw), but also in my search I never found no fret markers. Does anyone have any pics of any? I'd love to see it. Or a Cali with no fret markers? That would be sick!
