Certainly looks like it.  3 inline knobs, flattop studio shape, looks like a Hamer heardstock fro a bit away.  Maybe a 90s one since since it's not an earlier bridge and doesn't look like a late 90/2000s to me.  I'm just guessing bit here.

It's a Korean SAT/Import - not a USA model.

I had to laugh at the "Randy Rhoads" signature on a guitar that was built a couple of decades after he died...who knew he had a time machine?!

That seemed odd to me, too.  Reminded me of the band-signed "Blizzard Of Ozz" album I saw for sale at a show.  The signatures had all faded a bit - except for Randy's, which was in bright brilliant blue Sharpie.
