Yamaha Magicstomp users?

I want to get a single pedal that will give me decent delay, reverb, and chorus. (Something I can run in the loop of my new JSX :P . Is the Magicstomp the way to go? I DO NOT want a big modeling unit or anything like that.

Suggestions?

I think Brooks has got one. If you can score a DG stomp cheap the preamp can be disabled and you can use it's F/X as a stomp box.

thats what I use my DG Stomp for...I run just the effects. The magic stomp can be had for very little money now..I think the online stores have them for under 150.00...

magicstomp & dg stomp are both good for delay/comp/chorus/phase/envelope filter, they're really tweakable and sound good. like most multi FX, i only have use for a few of the sounds (after tweaking), and i'm not crazy about the OD's.

i use a magicstomp for acoustic gigs; i run the mag pups from my duotone thru it for an amp sim w/ light OD/comp/delay, then straight into the PA.

i've also got some "stompbox only" patches set up w/ only one effect (OD, phase, envelope filter) & NO amp/cab sims to use w/ an amp when my real stompboxes are somewhere else.

I have a DG Stomp. They can be had rather cheaply and are very durable. The battery that contains your presets only lasts about nine months though. The compression is okay, though not all that adjustable. It's really a limiter, not a compressor. The delay, chorus, and reverb are pretty good, I think. And I personally like a lot of the amp modeling capabilities, as well as the "big knobs, big readout, big sturdy switches, big metal box" usability of the whole thing.
