BCR Greg Posted February 16, 2008 Posted February 16, 2008 ...you get the Breedlove of electrics....... Mark IV electrics, that is! Maple Quilt Top in trans black..... Myrtlewood FlameTop The lightest electric guitars I have ever held, and loud BEFORE you plug them in! TonePros, Duncans, ebony boards, mahogany necks, chambered mahogany bodies, Tom Anderson bolt neck joint, thin and amazingly comfortable bodies with no sharp edges. Crazy!
BCR Greg Posted February 16, 2008 Author Posted February 16, 2008 The back of the Black Quilt, showing the gentle contours and Tom Anderson neck joint. NEAT!

shesky Posted February 18, 2008 Posted February 18, 2008 Absolutely gorgeous! What are the price points on these?shesky
sonic1974 Posted February 20, 2008 Posted February 20, 2008 Yup, and super solid at that. Greg, is it like a combination of a set neck and bolt, I've never seen a configuration like that. What's your opinion on the design? Thanks.
BCR Greg Posted February 29, 2008 Author Posted February 29, 2008 I love the design. It's an angle sided body route with the neck fitting in very solidly, no chance of shifting. Breedlove's typical high tolerances mean a super tight joint. These guitars resonate like set necks.
