The clean channel is killer anyplace above 8 1/2 (Fendery to nice smooth Vox-y crunch on your guitar's volume knob) and perfect small bar-band gig volume hanging with a four piece. Tough as hell and loves generic tubes. It's also very pedal-friendly. I broke a power tube once and didn't even notice. I did notice that it wasn't quite as loud as it had been. I didn't discover the broken tube until I decided to retube, hoping to fix the volume drop. That's a tough, reliable amp. Bet you're wondering how I knew.... Somebody grab this.

Somebody grab this. thanks tt...........it has an almost brand new eminence red,white and blues in it, not even broken in yet, i also have the footswitch and the special cord for the effects loop that will come with it....................

Somebody grab this. btw, the vc60 imo is the bell of the bunch, it started life as a combo, somebody(not me) converted it into a head, like the vc30 but with way more pro options, through my boogie 2x12 it absolutely kills, just too loud for what i need, covered in a really funky blue carpeting for all you hipsters out there, groovy baby!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
