Samuello Posted June 6, 2005 Posted June 6, 2005 For sale: Hamer USA Centaura 2HB (6.5/10 cond.) Sorry all American Hamerfans but I prefer business inside Europe (no taxes, easier/cheaper shipping, Euro versus Dollar...). BUT... I'm open for all offers! The guitar is in Finland. The guitar comes with the original case (7/10 cond.), tools and an ugly red strap (includes schaller straplocks). Lightweight alder body. Please see the pics for condition! I have never bonded with floyd rose guitars, that's why I'm selling it The neck (wide but not that thin, I like it) has a nice slab of rosewood and the jumbo frets are in good shape. Electronics work normally. I can't adjust the bridge pickup's height from the other side, don't know what's with that?! Otherwise no surprises! The guitar needs new strings and a proper setup I'll think that's all. If you have ANY questions mail me! I have a digicam so extra pics are no problem. I'm looking 520 Euros (about 350 Pounds/640 Dollars). If that sounds too much please make me an offer! I prefer cash but trades with USA Hamers are always interesting (please no floyd rose models) Thanks, -Samuel e-mail: samuello_t @ hotmail . com Links to pics: http://www.students.tut.fi/~teini/IMG_0676.JPG http://www.students.tut.fi/~teini/IMG_0713.JPG http://www.students.tut.fi/~teini/IMG_0712.JPG http://www.students.tut.fi/~teini/IMG_0711.JPG http://www.students.tut.fi/~teini/IMG_0682.JPG http://www.students.tut.fi/~teini/IMG_0683.JPG http://www.students.tut.fi/~teini/IMG_0684.JPG http://www.students.tut.fi/~teini/IMG_0685.JPG http://www.students.tut.fi/~teini/IMG_0686.JPG http://www.students.tut.fi/~teini/IMG_0688.JPG http://www.students.tut.fi/~teini/IMG_0689.JPG http://www.students.tut.fi/~teini/IMG_0690.JPG http://www.students.tut.fi/~teini/IMG_0691.JPG http://www.students.tut.fi/~teini/IMG_0692.JPG http://www.students.tut.fi/~teini/IMG_0693.JPG http://www.students.tut.fi/~teini/IMG_0694.JPG http://www.students.tut.fi/~teini/IMG_0695.JPG http://www.students.tut.fi/~teini/IMG_0696.JPG http://www.students.tut.fi/~teini/IMG_0697.JPG http://www.students.tut.fi/~teini/IMG_0698.JPG http://www.students.tut.fi/~teini/IMG_0699.JPG http://www.students.tut.fi/~teini/IMG_0700.JPG http://www.students.tut.fi/~teini/IMG_0701.JPG http://www.students.tut.fi/~teini/IMG_0703.JPG http://www.students.tut.fi/~teini/IMG_0704.JPG http://www.students.tut.fi/~teini/IMG_0705.JPG http://www.students.tut.fi/~teini/IMG_0706.JPG http://www.students.tut.fi/~teini/IMG_0710.JPG http://www.students.tut.fi/~teini/IMG_0774.JPG http://www.students.tut.fi/~teini/IMG_0778.JPG

Samuello Posted June 15, 2005 Author Posted June 15, 2005 Come on! This guitar needs a new loving home Trades: Favourite Hamers: Daytona, T-51, Special (FM/P90, no skinny necks, though...)
Jeff R Posted June 15, 2005 Posted June 15, 2005 Come on! This guitar needs a new loving home Well you say it has to stay across the pond, so you narrowed the potential audience down somewhat, didn't ya?
Samuello Posted June 30, 2005 Author Posted June 30, 2005 This is still available! Price is now 500 Euros!! I just got my Cruise 5 and I need to invest to an bass amp
Jorge Posted June 30, 2005 Posted June 30, 2005 samuello, sorry, this is just an opinion, but you could search Ebay to get past auction prices. I have not done it, so I may be wrong, but a fair price should be around $350...dollars. I don`t know about transactions in europe. so, what I'm saying is...I don`t know. but it still is expensive. good luck with the sale.

Yeah, I know that the price is high for American Hamerfans, that's why I want to sell it to Europe! USA Hamer prices in Europe are too much for many, thats one reason why many people still choose Gibson over Hamer (plus Gibson has more mojo LOL). The cheapest new USA Hamer is about 2000 Euros = 2400$. Now you know how I feel. I can afford my first new Hamer in about 6 years, sigh! And that goes with all guitar stuff! A new USA Stratocaster is 1200 Euros here in Finland. BTW, 350$ = 290 Euros = almost nothing for a USA Hamer -Samuel
Samuello Posted July 22, 2005 Author Posted July 22, 2005 This guitar is SOLD! It found a new loving home from Finland -Samuel
