gwayne Posted October 18, 2008 Posted October 18, 2008 This is a really cool guitar, but I rarely play it so I'm offering it here before eBay. Here's the auction description: For auction is a 1997 PRS Custom w/trem. Orange maple top, natural mahogany back. The neck carve is PRS’ “Wide Fat”. I would rate the condition as 7.5-8/10. There are pick swirls, some buckle worming, etc. that is evident on any guitar that is played a lot. From a foot out, you can’t see the defects. I was not able to capture any of the marks other than a bump near the natural binding (see photos). Pickups are PRS Dragon Treble in the bridge position and Seymour Duncan AlNiCo II Pro neck. I will include the original PRS Dragon Bass if you want to change it back to stock. I much prefer the SD A-II Pro in the neck. It’s clearer, works great with the bridge and splits better than the Dragon (IMO, of course). The strap buttons were changed to Dunlop Straploks before I owned it. I do NOT have the original strap buttons. Included in the auction is the original PRS hard case in excellent condition. I need $1150 shipped. This will be on eBay shortly.
