ScubaMarket Posted May 10, 2009 Posted May 10, 2009 Guys this is my last sunburst for sale. The neck heel has been repaired but other than that she is a great player. Actually, if it wasnt for the paint being a little darker in the repaired area you would never know she had ever been repaired. She has nice checkering too. I believe the pickups are original but have not taken her appart to see. Hamerica was the prvious owner and may elaborate on that. Whatever pickups thay are I would leave them alone as she has the tone! I was reluctant to sell her as she sounds awesome and has A killer top. The neck has a chunky feel , frets play well and have plenty of life. You will not find a better sounding early model sunburst. I know as I have had 4 and this ones the lasT to go. Only my 91' sunburst I bought from special K out sounded this one. Comes with USA hamer hard shell case. This is the best way to get a hamer heritage tone and sound without spending a fortune. You will be please with how she sounds, She goes fo $1000.00 plus shipping. She will also be on ebay tonight.. I will have a Hamer Vector for sale too later for $650.00 shipped & insured FREE.

Hamerica Posted May 11, 2009 Posted May 11, 2009 Bump for a great Sunburst. That 79 definitely has the tone really nice top and just a killer overall guitar. I didn't change anything on the guitar when I bought it. I honestly don't think anyone will be disappointed. Hamerica
