RobB Posted August 23, 2009 Posted August 23, 2009 ...now on eBay Purchased this from The Shark last December. Amazing guitar, beautifully crafted. As I'm thinning the herd, this is the last to go. All original. I've installed straplock buttons and black, Gibson tophat knobs. The original buttons/knobs included. Condition is practically mint. The pickguard has play wear, but, I've gone over the guitar and can't find blemish one. It's a heavy one, though. Probably close to 9lbs or what a good LP Custom would weigh. A wide leather strap helps to ameliorate the heaviness. The case is in excellent condition, with maybe two minor scuffs. The neck is closer to a 58/59 shape and gets a little bigger towards the body. Also need to mention this is the model with the brass bridge sustain block and neck-thru-body. List on these is $4299. $1700 FedEx shipped/insured to your door, CON U.S. only, please. The alnico pickups actually sound great split. You can set up a middle-position, combined sound and then hit the bridge pickup for a lotta gas.
