WTB: I need a replacement Neck

Hey guys- Remember that black and yellow EVH guitar I had up for sale- Well, I kept it and I am glad I did- plays and sounds great- the only thing I want to change is it has a big fat neck on it and I prefer slimmer necks-

Anyone have a good quality neck - Not interested in an all parts or mighty mite- There ok but I can just order one new cheap and hoping to find a better quality neck (strat style is best but open to other shapes as long as it fits the spec)

Prefer 1-5/8 nut could be good with 11/16 as long as the neck is slim to medium

Must have a floyd nut or be ready for one- < The kicker-

I am thinking with all you hard rockers out there someone has this neck sitting on a shelf wondering what it's going to do today..

Oh- Maple is best- other wood boards -ok Greg, you got one in the shop man?

If nothing turns up out of anybody's project pile, check out Musikraft. They are making some incredible stuff, and you can get the exact Charvel-style (accurate Strat head) neck (measurements, profile, wood selection, fret choice, etc.) for a decent price.

I've worked with Jim (Jamerson) many times, and every body and neck has been FLAWLESS. Customer service is also fantastic. I've gotten phone calls and email replies within seconds sometimes!

by winning one of their auctions on ebay... I'm kind of picky,

and I think the charvel style stuff that musikraft does looks good...

My guitar repair guy builds really nice Strat/Tele necks. One of my teachers has Roger's neck on his guitar and loves it. Standard Fender specs, small headstock.
