crunchee Posted May 5, 2010 Posted May 5, 2010 No affiliation. I like the headstock, I would think that this headstock configuration would put more tension on the low B string and minimize string floppiness that other 5-stringers seem to have on the low B. Does anybody here have/had any encounters with this style of headstock?http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...e=STRK:MEWAX:IT

Does anybody here have/had any encounters with this style of headstock? Correct, and yes. It really does make a difference. I'm still kicking myself for selling the one I had, but am waiting for that "right of first refusal" clause to kick in when the current owner decides to sell. Pretty sure that will be never though!
