ipod dock/speakers recommendations?

I'm looking for a relatively inexpensive system to play my ipod through at home. Should be easily moved from room to room. Wouldn't mind a remote. Want decent bass response.

I like the looks of the Bose sounddock, but the price is too rich. the Harmon kardon go+ play seems cool, but the newer ipods don't seem to work in them and the price is a little high.

Thoughts?

I have the olderr "Groove" model, with remote. The sound is much bigger than the system and I prefer the sound over the sounddock

Or, if you want the best sound for the money w/o the dock or remote, the AudioEngine A2 powered speakers stand alone at $199/pr:

Connectivity comes via included male mini-to-mini cord.

Sony has some nice boom boxes around $109. I've been very happy with it:

It also has a CD player that plays CDRWs and MP3 CDS, and a radio, just in case for some reason you want to, you know, listen to people talk. Comes with a nice remote that lets you operate the ipod. Also has door the closes around and protects the ipod.
