crunchee Posted February 28, 2013 Posted February 28, 2013 The gaping chasm between vision and implementation is spanned only by persistent exercise of true talent. Is that a Jol quote? Wow! Trying only to give Murkat his just due with an economy of words. Harsh, Crunchee, harsh! Sorry, I have the utmost of respect for yourself as well as (and especially for) Jay/Murkat. I just could NOT resist. There's a thought, maybe we should have a "fictional Jol quote" contest, kinda like the "bad Hemingway" writing contest... In the meantime, I'm really digging what Jay's been doing!
velorush Posted February 28, 2013 Posted February 28, 2013 I teed it up. I have no one to blame but myself.
Jem Posted March 1, 2013 Posted March 1, 2013 The most offensive part of that comment is the inclusion of the word "proposed." As if there's a possibility that those inlays might be rejected by the builder, Dantzig-style. For future models, a nod to this approach might be worth exploring: I still find it funny that PRS didn't do the inlay work. Why's that ?
