Best Sheet Music Stand

I did a search in this forum and couldn't find a result. So, I'm looking for the best sheet music stand to take back and forth to practice. Qualifications are:

1. Portability - must be able to fold or disassemble into the smallest package possible.
2. Structural stability - must be able to support a three ring binder and not topple over.
3. Durability.
4. Simplicity - must not need separate tools to assemble; no loose nuts and bolts.
5. Weight - not too heavy.
6. Price - not too expensive.
7. Carry case - would prefer that it have one as standard rather than optional.

Can you not just take away one of the drummer's floor toms for a music stand? Maybe you can put your sheet music on top of the piano.
