adferreira Posted March 19, 2005 Posted March 19, 2005 Unfortunately I want one with P-90's. Sorry! A punchbox and crunchbox will fill those HB routes. If you're willing to swap the pups.
LordOfTheThighs Posted March 19, 2005 Posted March 19, 2005 Oh yes! I really like this guitar. White double cut-away. I a HUGE Joan Jett fan, and that would suit me fine, as she always plays an old double cut-away Gibson.
Scottcrud Posted March 20, 2005 Posted March 20, 2005 "A punchbox and crunchbox will fill those HB routes. If you're willing to swap the pups."Those aren't p-90's, those are frigging super hot molten humbuckers...

marcnorth Posted March 21, 2005 Posted March 21, 2005 Hey Guys, I've been in Chicago all weekend and just got back late last night.I have received 4 or 5 emails on this guitar. This is the 3rd time I've offered this one up on the board here. It's a 1993 with a skinny neck. The screw by the neck is from a previous owner who put a les paul pickguard on it at one time. There is another hole on the treble side of the body just like the one on the front. There is also an extra hole where the strap button was moved at one time. There is a screw in it too.It had Gibson pickups in it when I got it and the volume pots were wired backwards. Those have been replaced with a set of duncans that came out of a new Hamer Artist a couple of years ago and the pots are normal again.I got this one from BCR Greg at least 3 years ago. He might know more about it than I do. It's been played very little since I got it.Its in really good condition, has 1 little ding on the bass side of the headstock and a small chip of paint gone by the strap button on the horn. Has a TKL case that is not Hamer branded. I am looking to get $550 shipped to the lower 48.Repeat, Skinny Neck. This seems to turn most people off.Anybody still interested can email me at marcnorth@comcast.netI have more pics if needed.
