Centaura - mods to the silly switch

Hello experts,

I am not into modding much on my Hamers, if at all, but the silly switch on my Centaura is begging for some attention. I can tell the difference when it is switched "on" but not enough to justify it being there.

What alternatives are available to me? I am NOT thinking a kill switch, but perhaps a boost of some sort.

Does anyone have experience of modifying the use of this switch and, if so, any diagram as to how it is wired?

Any help appreciated.

Hamer offered a 'By-pass' or 'Lead Pre-set' switch on some models as an option, notably the original Vintage S

Probably when Guthrie Govan started demoing it on Suhr guitars to legions of rabid followers.
