alternatives to the Hamer TKL double cut case?

I should know this but I haven't had to look for a while...      Does a typical Hamer double cut (25th mahogany) fit in

a Les Paul case?     I need something cheap (sub $100) decent quality, and fits reasonably well   (headstock not

hitting the edge, or guitar moving around)     

 

these guitar fetish cases look nice for the money...  any thoughts?

I've had a similar situation/dilemma shopping a case for my '55 LP Junior. Amazing how prevalent archtop LP cases are compared to "flat-top" LPs. I know a traditional LP case will work but am I going to have to keep a towel or something in the case to keep it from bouncing about front to back? I know, trivial, but I might as well ask.

Right now I'm leaning towards this ...

The (relatively) recent TKL-made black Hamer USA cases for double-cutaway guitars have a small amount of extra padding at the butt end of the case...the case itself is the typical LP case size, but Hamer DC Special/Studio/Artist models were not quite as thick as LPs, thus the extra bit of padding.  Those that have original Hamer USA cases can check to confirm.

thanks for the comments everyone...   I was going to buy either the Eden (ebay) or the Guitar Fetish case

but decided to get a TKL  8825 which looked kind of close.    An ebay seller (brookmays) had them for

$113 or bo  (they countered with 103 which I accepted).           

 

   I'll report back on the fit,  could be a week or so as it's going usps parcel select.

The TKL 8825 arrived     fits both the hamer and les paul special     good clearance on the headstock,  not too close to

the edges or bottom of the case.     Seller (brookmays) did a good job shipping same day,  went fedex not parcel post.

Just remember to use the guitar more than the case.
