It's both, a Hamer Artist Studio.  The naming convention was confusing, but I gather it was the "Studio" version of the "Artist"  model, although they also had a solid-body version named "Studio."  

Anyway, I know a bit about that guitar should anyone have questions.  I have no affiliation with CME, though.
