There was just a scam post on the same site (a red one cali).  I've seen this around and I think there is a legit seller behind it in Russia, but I'd be wary about this particular listing.

And someone painted the black hardware with inappropriate gold paint.  Other than that, I'd risk the $2 they are asking.  :<)
