JustKid Posted January 30, 2024 Posted January 30, 2024 As a word of advise to our out of States friends, if it's possible at all, do not use UPS, Fedex, DHL and such. Only USPS, preferably Express ( EMS), as USPS will be the only carrier who will not charge you anything ( given that forms are filled out correctly). All the others will charge you something, even if the guitar is made in USA, in most cases that's processing fee. Therefore, although it's tax free, you will be charged for so called paperwork, which is that same processing fee. That is my experience getting guitars from Canada by Fedex and UPS. The charge, if I remember correctly, was somewhere $60-$80...it's been a while, can't remember exact number.

JGale Posted February 28, 2024 Posted February 28, 2024 I have used EMS to ship two guitars to Europe with zero complications.
