Ibanez - Paul Gilbert 'Signature' PGM50 Guitar

Mint condition. I am the original owner. Only played lightly in my non-smoking home.

I went over it from top-to-bottom, there’s not one mark on it. Anything in the pics is just a reflection or glare. Plays beautifully with fast, low action and no buzzing, Neck is straight with no issues. I had it professionally setup, so when you get it, it'll be ready to play without paying to have it setup. Comes with all its original paperwork/candy and original gig bag. Message me with any questions – thx

Looks nice! Pretty neck construction and always liked those Ibanez knobs.
Is this a current model? Curious about the offset of the low E string ferrule on the back… GLWTS

Yepper, it's a new 2023 version. The offset ferrule is different, but I guess Paul G decided it made a difference.

I was interested, too.  The most plausible explanations I could find via interwebsurf are:

1. It's to allow more room for the saddle to move back for proper intonation without the saddle getting in the way when you're trying to put a new string through the ferrule.

2. It’s for dropped tuning it helps keeps the string from becoming flabby.

I've always enjoyed the aesthetic of the Paul Gilbert models.
