My '93 Diablo has a thin, fast neck and is overall a lightweigth guitar with good balance. As far as goes for shredding, you can't go wrong with that.

Is it me or is there really a crack at the first tuner (back of headstock)?

On the contrary, Sacred Heart is awesome. Back in the day it sounded a little cheesy with all the thrash bands coming up but I love Sacred Heart. Great songs and musicianship. The titletrack alone is worth it.
