Very weird color for Cali. Re-paint?

I wouldn't call "lowballer" a person, who offered you more than a market value (and a market value at hand turned out to be 1025), the comfort of practical cash and a personal pickup. Do not get me wrong, I have absolutely no hard feelings at all. I picked up two great Calis from Mark and Roger here ( thanks guys) in the last month. Might've gotten another one ( not a cali , but still), but should let the things to cool down a bit, cause my lady was about to boil my nuts. And, ouch, can't believe I missed that red maple one in Germany , something happened and bid didn't go thru and it ended at $1100...bummer...so much for rising prices. But as I always say - If something came up on ebay, it'll come up again and even cheaper, just have to be patient.

Wow. I offered 1150 no fees/personal pickup several times and was refused. This is really strange, considering 13% ebay/pp fees and all. Anyway...good luck on your new ventures.

Those rotary switches are very annoying ( to me personally - piece of crap). The top is insanely sick. that's not cheating, that's total adultery! and it's worth it. As they say - if you bang somebody, make sure she is a Queen, if you steal something - make sure it's worth a million.

Great price, but somehow I feel for the guy. Imagine how desperate you are gonna need that cash to end it like that. it's at least $800 guitar, well, sometimes life sucks. May be we should chip in and help the brother out? On the other hand , who knows what kind of sh...t he stepped in His respond to me: " Hey bro, everything is gone, almost, Sam Ash scored most of it, but those idiots didn't have enough cash. I'll see how it goes, got 4 guitars left out of 12 I had, may be those will go too, damn!" Oh, boy...

If you are selling, I'll take it. PM sent. Hey Austin, first I was excited about this auction, this time I just looked at it - no feelings. I do not even know why, it's still a gorgeous guitar. And since Hamer will not built any of those, I've ordered one with the same specs at almost 1/3 of the price of that one ( a little more). Will see how it's gonna come out. Might take a while though.

If I tell you how much was paid for the last Cali set neck , pretty much like this one, you are gonna kill me, or even worse (I'm pretty sure Austin will come up with something really perverted) , but it was sold for $500. That's right, only 3 digit number, I saw it, and up until this day it burns me. 5 freakin' hundred dollars. One guy didn't even know what he bought, as well as the other did not know what he sold. And I happened to be involved with both. September 06'. Pretty much one of the most memorable days in my years of collecting guitars. The guitar appeared with the pics shot with some shitty phone camera, from like 15 feet away, no back pic, just front, all blurry like hell , only 2 pics - front and then front again. From that distance it looked exactly like korean clear coat, no wood structure no nothing, $500 Buy It Now, I saw it 1 hour after it was posted. I copied the pic into photoshop, tried to increase , adjust image, then when floyd cleared I was 90% sure it's USA, didn't even know it was a set neck. Returned back to ebay 10 min later - it was snatched. Guitar went overseas. And then I saw a real pic of it after several months I just flipped. And it was real Cali , one volume. And so mint AGGRRHHHHHHHHHHH ! just see for yourself . ( will try to post some pics now) And I was there! Burn , JK , Burn!

I'll go for your Cali. You know it , right? I still need a company for that chappy.
