thanks peter, i did not know of the existance of this virtuoso. i think i have to change the thread name into marble virtuoso. i am actually looking for the marble virt which belonged some years ago to joe, then to jon and finally to phil who sold it. currently i own a celestial virt and the icepearl snakeskin virt which was pictured in the oversized hamer catalog. would be great if the owner of that marble virtuoso is a hfc guy.

i would look for a vintage tweed fender champ. for home use a marshall lead 12 is a great little amp. i recently bought one for about usd 50,--. this little amp sounds really great - is from the early 80s and cost nothing.
