  1. Umm, easy, the fact that it says "PRS" on it. I keed, I keed. Actually, the original PRS trems were made by MannMade/Mil-Com. Here's a description from the MannMade site: "Six hole mount. String spacing 2-1/16" (105 mm) E-E. One piece cast bridge for authentic PRSĀ® sound, with increased tone and sustain! Polished side walls give a smooth, confortable, yet vintage look and feel. Walls also prevent any side movement of saddles, improving tuning and playability. Push-In Arm stays where you put it everytime. Bridge and Mounting Screws have hidden knife edge so that guitar returns to "Zero Position" and plays in tune. Has that smooth, silky feel that has made this bridge legendary. Individual saddles with individual height and intonation."
  2. Larrivee is a great choice. I chose Takamine over Larrivee only because of the superior electronics, but I would have been happy with the Larrivee. Speaking of Tak, they have a new line (T series) geared at flatpickers that's in your price range.
  3. Tally, 6 in-line, no binding, ebony board, dots with 12th fret victory, sustain block, humbuckers, Tally 4-way blade, two volume and one tone, checkerboard case, and an opaque finish as voted on by the HFC. I like vintage cherry. Keep it under $2500. Here's my quicky photoshop rendering, don't laugh!
  4. I hear some early Alice in Chains in that second song. Nice. A Layne Staley-style vocalist would be awesome.
  5. Rocket From the Crypt, and any other John Reis band for that matter. Jesus Lizard was an awesome live band, too.
  6. Right angle, zip cord.
  7. I have a Fender speaker cable with the plastic "F" caps. The cable is black, the caps are brown. Approx 3 ft long. The cable has "AIW Corp" embossed on it. I did a Google search for "AIW corp" and found a company called American Insulated Wire. I know the cable isn't a newer reproduction because I've had it for about 20 years. You can buy the repros for $20-$30 bucks online so I was wondering what mine is worth. I can take pics tomorrow when its light out.
  8. Did he have any kids that are now in the biz?
  9. Maybe the poster is Jol in disguise. He didn't want us to forget about the Tipton model.
