I sure know that I never asked that question, and definitely not about a Tele clone!  Aren't T-types supposed to be known for their simplicity and relative ease of use/play?  Saw this item for sale at DGS today, it has modular swappable pickups, multiple trim pots on the back access panel (kinda like a Duo-Tone, except more of 'em), and an active 18-volt volume/tone pickup system.  'Only' weighs 8.4 lbs. :wacko::

Anybody ever heard of Mercurio Guitars?  I did a little searching online, and it appears that they only lasted for a few years and have since gone away.  I wonder why?  <_<

All that hardware and still lighter than a Daytona? Impressive!

There were several YouTube videos some time back about a similar system by Relish Guitars.  E.g., 

 

 

Some of the best guitar advice I've ever received was from our own @murkat: "make it a spaceship, not mission control."  This seems to be mission control and the launch pad and Cape all in one.
