It's an early one : serial 7 0072 (that makes it a 1977, but you already figured that one out... ). It is in very good condition. No cracks or breaks, no excessive wear. Beautiful one-piece body and one-piece flametop, one piece neck, crown inlays, grover tuners, one zebra PU in the neck, double cream PU at the bridge. I can't seem to get any pictures here , so if you want to see some, please PM me.

I am ecstatic to say the very least !though it still needs a safe trip accross the big pond for closure[fingers crossed].not gonna get sappy... but its funny sometimes when a long search ends, you think about the almosts, and the not a chances along the road...what you wouldve, couldve or shouldve spent or done to make something happen....my first thoughts after guys thumbs up email ,were not about closure to my personal white whale quest or some kind of score.they were clearly back to the early '80s seeing that '77 cherryburst b/c sunburst hanging in uncle bobs music/milwaukee.... I loved the top on that one , it was the first b&c hamer I'd seen in person.at the time was 17ish and had a cherry trans dot '81 sunburst and my 0160 4 digit standard was bound but had no inlays... so this was very cool !that 77 played great....I vividly remember playing it through a crappy lab series amp, still being impressed..but couldnt bring myself to paying more for it, than for a brand new at that time.then ...a couple years later to see it back in that very store , only now sporting a major headstock repair... was a real shock.almost bought it out of pity that day... never saw that one again...hopefully she arrives safe and sound...now for that damn shower and shave...
