It's that time of year again, when Swirlygirl Sid promotes the HFC, and vice versa. Sid would like to create an "HFC Members In Action With Their Swirlygigs" page for the Swirlygig website. So, I'm requesting all of you who own these wonderful devices to take some time over the next month while you're gigging to create a great rock pose photo featuring you and your Swirlygig.

You can email photos to Sid. Here's a link to the Swirlygig website, and her email contact can be found there.

Swirlygig Website

And if you check out the Celebrities page on the Swirlygig website, you'll already see a few familiar faces and some Hamer guitars.

For those of you who don't know her, and for those of you who have already met her at the 4-3-2-1 Club parties, here's a pic of Sid sporting Joe's Duotone Custom and posing with a couple of empty Swirlygigs at the 4-3-2-1 Club. George & Butcher are also in this pic:

Sid is a Rock Godess, and one of the best people I've ever met in my life. Let's send her some Swirlylove!

As the "semi-official" European dealer I just got a small order (12) from a local music shop.

If some of the Euro HFC's want one, contact me so I can order two dozen.

These Swirlygig's are just great (and unique in Europe) !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bruce was kind enough to include one in my T-51 purchase (thanks again ... it's in heavy rotation now.... love it!)

I need to find the proper scotch glass to fit the swirlygig as soon as I do I'll snap a pic..... I'm on a mission!!

This thread will give me the kick I need to order some for the band room! Thanks Bruce.

Absolutely the one piece of gear I never rotate out of the lineup. I've even gone several gigs w/o a checkerboard Hamer strap since 1983 (or the 90s update with the same fabric), but never w/o my Swirlygig!

Alas,

As you are well aware, Bruce, I have never sucessfully executed a "rock star pose".

The closest I've come is the "lame-ass lawyer with cool guitar" pose.

Perhaps a Swirlygig is the missing element.

I got everybody in the band one (half of one for the soundguy) last year for Christmas. They love 'em. I know we got pics somewhere.

I'm right there with you, Dave. My posing is non-existant! We'll have to get together soon and practice posing - and play, too. And we've got enought Swirlygigs here to make a good photo for Sid's page

I got some for my last band and bought a set for my present band (from Rocketeria/Elduave). They all love 'em and every musician who sees us with them (EVERY one), has commented on them or asked where to get them.

Yippee!!! This a long over due part of my website. When SwirlyGigs are near Hamer-slinging rock stars, I can't go wrong. I have a bunch of photos from 4321 Club parties - does anyone NOT want to show up on my site?

We're having a jam session on Sunday night and there's a SwirlyGig on each stand for the recording mics. I'll be sure to get some pics with them (full, hopefully) in the foreground. We also use the Swirly drumstick holder so I'll get a few shots of that too.

I'm tellin' ya Sid, you really need to market a SwirlyGig/stand combo for all these cornhole/beanbag players. That damn game is omnipresent in my area.

Wow - a week ago I would have thought "cornhole players? wha??" but I've heard 3 different people mention the game! Must be a hot Christmas item.

A swirlygig for the outdoor "athlete" on the go! How could it miss?

Nothing a cornholer hates more than having to bend over to pick up their beer, which could perhaps lead to a different kind of cornholing if said cornholer were not careful.

It's not too late!

Sid's added an HFC members page to the SwirlyGig website. Get your photo posted, too!

Click on the "Celebrities" button, and then click on sirdan's face to see all the photos listed to date.

There's lots of Hamers in action in these photos.
