Nice, original Marshall 8412 – Lead 4x12" cabinet. Original Celestion G12L speakers. Cabinet is rated at 140 watts RMS; 8 ohms. Measures 26.5" x 26.5" x 14" deep. Weight – approximately 60 lbs. Local pickup in the Pittsburgh, PA area only. Will drive to meet buyer within 100 miles of Pittsburgh.

Priced to sell fast at $175.

This is the ad, are they any good? Seams small amd light, and I am not familiar with the speakers? Diamond in the ruff???? Thanks-Jack.

I think that's a Valvestate cab. Great price. Should yield a punchier, less boomy tone than a full-size 4x12, almost along the lines of a 4x10.

yes. i have a vs412, same thing, smaller footprint, G12L's.

i had 2 extra spkrs lying around (vintage 30, weber alnico)

which i stuck in it, made a difference.

Hey black magic,

That's a good deal on the Valvestate series guitar cabs. I will have to say this though. I had a friend of mine help my buddy offload his 8412 cab. He grabbed the handle on the cabinet and tore it right off the cab. Marshall is using MDF particleboard which caused this. The cabs are constructed of cheap material and you might want to reconsider this before buying one. :D

yes, its a cheaper marshall cab, so it might not be as sturdy as their regular stuff.

i bought mine just to jam around the house; i'm too old to haul a 4x12 around,

plus most of my gigs are small and not that loud/heavy.

Thanks fellas. I figured it was local so........ I may try to talk him down a little since I would pick it up. Ya, I don`t like cheap gear, so I don`t want to pay alot for this to just try it out so to speak :-) How are these speakers? How are they voiced? I know they gotta be China made. Thanks again-Jack.
