Siaip Ciuvas Posted May 19, 2008 Posted May 19, 2008 Hi,soon I will be actively looking for Fulltone Fulldrive 2, but it can be OCD or something similar. Task is to transparently push my JCM800 gain up, as Big Muff chokes on Riffie's powerfull bass response. So I have tought if anyone wants to get rid and is willing to post it via USPS to Lithuania, let me know here or via email [email protected].Siaip Ciuvasps. sure I will pay the postage costs, I guess they would be ~25$, based on my last experience with similar sized box from US.
geoff_hartwell Posted May 22, 2008 Posted May 22, 2008 I have a Fulltone Distortion Pro, Used but in Orig Box.Drop me an email at [email protected]
Siaip Ciuvas Posted May 22, 2008 Author Posted May 22, 2008 thanks for the offer - but I'm looking for a quality overdrive, I don't like how distortions sound, and got some myself on sale
polara Posted May 22, 2008 Posted May 22, 2008 I used to have a Fulldrive 2 -- great pedal -- but if you can find a Visual Sound Route 66 you'll get a nearly identical sound in a slightly cheaper package I had the band A-B them and none of us felt there was any significant difference... both use a circuit similar to a TS808 so you can use them as a mostly clean boost (pure overdrive) or dial a bit of Tube Screamer in for more nasty.
Siaip Ciuvas Posted May 22, 2008 Author Posted May 22, 2008 thanks for info! will chase internet to find some audio samples how it sounds with JCM800
Gino Posted May 22, 2008 Posted May 22, 2008 In case you want to buy new from within the EU, look here: www.thomann.deThey are nice to deal with.
harry65 Posted May 22, 2008 Posted May 22, 2008 i have a lovekraft mojo drive, check harmony central, extremely highly rated, it has three modes that go from ts 808 to marshall grind, really nice pedal , mine is one of the first made by the way, if you want it i'll think of a good price, haven't given it any thought..................
Siaip Ciuvas Posted May 23, 2008 Author Posted May 23, 2008 Gino, sure I know Thomann, like every bargain hunter in EU - and bought quite some things there. But their Fulltone prices are killing me Still on a lookout for quality overdrive
