No more or less than the effect a swimming pool route would have on tone.

Ugly route job and ugly wiring. At least you can't see it.

How does it play and sound is the bottom line. If you don't like the pups you can always switch them out and fix the wiring at the same time.

I got my unbeavered Daytona for not a lot more than that. It weighs a ton, so maybe that's the cure.
