And the goldtop sounded, but more importantly looked, awesome. And I thought for the briefest of moments that it would one day be mine. You had the hottie's prancing in front of the stage, too. Dutchman Posted September 7, 2008 Posted September 7, 2008 The P 90 Gold Tops Rock, Heavy as hell, but rock monsters.I just loaded mine with the Vintage Vibe Guitars p-90s, Pete sent me all of his AlNiCo magnets for the P90's and they all sound good but for now I have the AlNiCo 5 in the bridge and the AlNiCo 3 in the neck.They don't have the volume the stock Duncans have, but what they lack in power they put on in mojo tone.Plugged into my Boogie Mark IIB it's tone heaven. Not to bad into my AA165 Blackface Bassman either.

Great show! Thanks......and thanks for coming out too. I had a good nite, except for the sore wrist, which that single-cut body does NOT help. Other than that, the guitar is kinda inspiring to play (like your Newport or T51 or Vanguard or Standard or 25th Ltd or, or........ )
