Pieman Posted June 11, 2009 Posted June 11, 2009 Why don't you run a raffle. Sell a slug of $10 tickets to cover your lowest taking price and insurance, and then pull a ticket. I'll take the first one. This has been sitting as long as The Titanic.
crabby Posted June 12, 2009 Author Posted June 12, 2009 Maybe I should just NOT try to sell it here to the Hamer guys...... I thought this model was well loved and didn't think I had too high a price on it. Oh well, if it doesn't sell without another bump here, I'll just pull it from this site and move on.
David B Posted June 12, 2009 Posted June 12, 2009 I bet if it had a creme bridge & zebra neck pickup it would have sold long ago.
BubbaVO Posted June 12, 2009 Posted June 12, 2009 I don't get it. Looks like a nice guitar. Surprised at this.

I have all of the original hardware and two "Zebra" pickups that the guy I got it from sent with the guitar when I got it from him, he had the gold p-ups and hardware put on it. I could put all of it back on it if that would help and just start a new "for sale" thread.
Feynman Posted June 13, 2009 Posted June 13, 2009 I bet it would help. I found in my unscientific poll here that a whole lot of people don't like gold hardware.Heck, just saying you have that stuff might have helped enough.Or swap it and take some alluring photos and go for round 2.
