yup it is the same guitar.

the original customer had something else in mind so another guitar was built with his parts.

this was was then assembled with a gold fat cat and gold hardware

I (briefly) got to check that one out; even without plugging it in I knew it was spectacular. If I had the means , that one would never have left Connecticut. That is one seriously great guitar.
