FOUND AN AMP! Ebay didn't get my money this time...

So I've got some cash together and i'm looking to get an amp. I mostly play Rock 80's 90's Southern Rock and Blues. My former amps have consisted of a Tremoverb, Stilletto, Laney,Vh100r and a Crate VFX 5212. The Stiletto Ace was an awsome amp but it looks like its not in my range right now. I like the British Sounding Amps, 50 watts max and i'm looking to spend no more than $700 Shipped. I can't go more than that now. I'd spend less if its a good amp? Looking for USA/British quality made amp. I don't mind some road wear at this point it if means I can get a nicer built amp in my range. 1x12 Combos are cool as well as heads. Hell just PM me or email and through your amp and offer to me. If you can send pics that would be great as well. I'll love to spend more but my trade bait is all but gone. So thanks in advance!

Marshall, Mesa, Fender, Single Channels, Dual Channel trough it at me. Off to do some local hunting for a few hours.

I have this 2004 Fender Pro Junior 1x10 combo for sale. It's 15 watts, has EL-84 power tubes, and is nice & light to carry around for rehearsals or gigs!! It's basically a tweed Champ with more output. It sounds cool through a 4x12 cab turned up loud. ;) I'm asking $325 plus shipping.

Thanks everyone but I found an amp locally. I played the sh#t out of it just to see if it was just more than meets the eye and I have to say it was. I just purchased a first run Single Rectifier Solo 50 from a local store. I gotta tell ya probly the best clean i've heard in a long time. It sounds huge with great top and bottom end. More on it when I turn over the rest of the cash.

Thank you. The Single Recto is not just for metal, my last test was to hook a Strat up to in and that sealed the deal. The Clean Channel with the Jimmy Vaughn Strat was absolutely fantastic. Its got great bluesy tones as well as the Metal thas not buzzy like most Recto's.

The Single Recto is a very good amp. Boogie missed the boat on this by advertising it as a heavy metal amp. It can do that, of course, but it can also do a lot more.

FWIW, I still think the Tremoverb has it beat but that is JMHO.

I had Rectoverb in the back of my head but I would of had to buy one on ebay and hoped it sounded like I wanted it too. IMHO the Tremoverb doesn't have the clean channel that this one does. Not too mention that the pushed side of the clean will rip you face off. So i'm thinking that I can set it up kinda ala a HotRod 50. Grind on one channel and Boogie on the second. The Tremo has better string definetion in my opinion in the Overdrive section, but we will see when i get it hooked up to the right speakers and cabinet. All three boogies that i've had have never let me down. The Tremo just had to be set in the volume level to get the cloak off the sound but that amp rocked. Another board member has it now. I also sold my Stiletto Ace to a board member here. I know i'll have to add a smaller cabinet when I scrap some cash together. 4x12's are just to much fire power for the places I play. Maybe a 1x12 or a 2x12 will do the trick. Its going to freak people out when they see the amp but I don't come out and rip up some metal.. ;)

I wish I had local music stores. Almost everything was either put out of business by sam ash or guitar center or purchased by them.
